You just need an old iPhone case + plastic diamond gems (or any kind of stuff you want to use,
but it's easier when it has a flat side so it will stick better).
Select the pieces you need and display them until you're happy and wanna glue it ☺
Voilà !!!

The construction of the iPhone is very good, and the aluminium is very strong, but the glass panels on either side of the phone are very vulnerable to scratches and breakages. To put into perspective how much repairs can cost, for a replacement screen you are looking at paying over 200 dollars.
