Chilly

Here's my interpretation of a chilly sailor-day outfit because the wind was blowing today !

I'm wearing Asos sunglasses and anchors earrings, my fluffy jacket I bought in London, a dancer-like dress from Forever21 and ... marine boat shoes. Too bad you can't see my anchor earrings ;)
